The rentals and sims are great. The prices are decent, the covenants are decent, some land come without covenants as well. So if you are looking for residential or commercial land it's listed.
The sims look decent, best on residential land of course with no stores or clubs to ruin the look. So if you want a place without that, there is land just for it. Or if you are looking for a store or club home, there is also commercial only sims.
There are sims with land that is mixed with both residential and commercial, if you wish to live on a sim with stores to shop too. It is very easy to look for land with them. The office offers vendors to look up land. Gives you many options to search for the right place, you can pick main land or island, homesteads too.
You can pick from prim usage to zoning choices. Some of the sims have script limits, which helps if you wish to go for a low lag sim. But the script limits are not very limited, so you still have freedom to rez things that are scripted.
The service is very good with Lulu rentals. Messages and note cards get answers as soon as Lulu gets them. The owner is very helpful, and takes care of issues to the best of her ability. She is friendly and warm with her customers too.
Looking for land from the office, or website is quick, and easy. The rental office vendors, are in multiple languages as well which is great and makes it even faster to find what you want. A pretty good company to go through, pretty decent and not bad price wise either. There are a lot of properties and sims to choose from.
