When first entering the store, there was noticeably a very large map on the ground and as the rest of the location rendered it was surprising at the amount of open space, and how easy it was to understand and get around to the reason of my visit. The environment was warm with the feeling of being back in the 1700’s to the point where it felt as if there was going to have to be a few sword fights. This is very fitting for its location since it is part of an old town settlement known as Pier Mall lactated right out the main opening. The décor is subtle and appropriate and was not over the top, or cluttered with unnecessary items. The staff was not there when entering the store, but the wall right behind the main desk there are employee’s photos that state their availability.
Upon clicking on both the support sign and the available employee they both responded promptly and were very courteous. Within a few moments the employee was there to assist in anything needed. Both of them answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed and comfortable even knowing that there was not going to be a purchase for anything today. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. All available products for sale are easy to find and organized according to type of location or rental. With a very friendly staff and user friendly environment, this company aims to please and make buying real estate an easy and painless experience while making everyone happy. This will defiantly be a company used for all of my future real estate endeavors.
