Good land is hard to find, especially when you are looking for reasonable prices. Integrity Heights has many different choices depending on your price range. The moment you arrive you receive a notecard with pricing information for various different areas.
The names are all very cool, Whisper Falls, Raven Falls, Raindrop Falls, Frolicking Falls, Genesis Falls and so much more. The nice thing about this place is that each land you rent is displayed with your name under the area. It also says how many days you have left.
If you ever need help, it's not hard at all, the customer service desk in the middle has pictures of who is online and very easy to see. If you missed getting a property list or declined it, it's right on the desk as well.
Most of the land is in the notecard that you receive, and from what i have seen while searching for land, that is a great deal, especially for a beach property.
The beach land is very cool, palm trees everywhere and right next to the ocean makes you feel like you are on a vacation. The music here is great as well, though it's not hard to change it.
If you are even looking for a commercial/residential lot there are three available, one waterfront and the other two corner which means that two sides touch the ocean. So definitely a great place to have a business and enjoy the ocean near you.
The great thing about this place is that you have a land sale price of L$843 for a 3744 m2 land. The normal price is L$1685 with 856 prims. So when you buy the land sale price you get 7 days with it. Most people pay in two week or monthly installments, so you're getting a deal and saving money with the first weeks rent.
Most places do not offer you such a deal, the great thing is that i do not notice any lag, there is hardly anyone here and it's a quiet location.
