And give the largest selection of choices to any potential renter.
Choices such a wide range of plot sizes, something as small as 256 square meters, to a full sim, that is a whopping 65, 536 square meters! Choices such as prices as low as 125 lindens per week, yes you saw that right! Obviously, the larger parcels will cost more. But the rental of a full sim also gives you the options of having no covenant, along with full managerial rights.
Every parcel has a generous prim allowance, again dependent on the size. There are many available properties to choose from, so it is strongly recommended you grab the notecard from the board at the main office. Here you will see a full listing of available parcels, along with the LM to them. Visit as many as you wish to find that perfect land to best suit your needs.
Those parcels which are available will have a colorful, easily viewable, blue For Sale sign. Once you find the right place, send an IM to Jessica Chung, and she will respond very quickly. As for paying your rent, there is a black placard located right with the blue signs. Keep track of how many days remain before payment is due, and have the option of paying rent for a single week, up to four weeks.
