Coco Palms resort certainly has all of the amenities advertized. The sim is spacious, and the public areas are well decorated for the Halloween season, on top of being highly accessible, highly detailed, and providing important relaxation aids and other services.
The whole sim is highly organized, with the public amenities in the center and rental segments neatly lining the sides of the island. Segments are divided by channels of bright, beautiful blue water and foliage. The divisions between parcels aren't gaudy or distracting, and very much fit the rest of the sim, which is something one usually doesn't see in rental sims.
The decoration on individual plots is superb. There is ample room, and furniture, television, and other great luxuries are provided. Of the several different models of home that I observed, all had the same great style and plenty of yard room and an amazing ocean view. Cabana rentals cost 1200 linden dollars and had an extra 200 prims to use on the parcel.
One simply cannot miss the vibrant decorations in the public areas. The club area and drive-in theater have had a bit of spooky injected into their easygoing beach theme, which is still visible underneath the pumpkins and eerie purple lights. Pools and classic cars are a common sight here, and the club could easily fit the residents and their company. These areas are highly welcoming and open, and have a lot of neat little details—like a coca-cola machine, that really catch the observer's interests and keep them there.
The price of taking up residence on one of these parcels is certainly worth it, considering the great luxuries and resources at the resort. This place may very well be one of SL's great answers to people's need to get away from it all.
