This is a nice big SIM for everyone to enjoy, even if you don't intend to rent. This is a cool place to go to any day or night, and with the wind settings, this is a photographer's dream. I am an alt, but I will tell all my friends about this land for sale or rent, and the good thing about this SIM is it's an estate/homeland as well, so you can place whatever you want down here, whether it be apartments, malls, or whatever you choose. This SIM is a good choice for the first time buyer or renter, or even the experienced buyer. For people coming into Second Life this is a good deal as well because as new residents that do not have a lot of Lindnes, or do not have payment on file yet because this will give them a chance to rent land while getting their payment info on file, then they can decide rather or not to continue this renting.
