As much as fantasy is a part of Second Life, there is very few stores that cater to the "classical fantasy". Sure you can find stores full of vampires, leathers and whips, but for me, that is not fantasy. Grendel's understands Fantasy. Their store is wonderfully laid out, simple in form ...

Reviews of Grendel

When I read that this ...

When I read that this store was huge, the description was not kidding! It's very, very large. But it looks amazing. The freebies are awesome, can be used in your own builds and such. The store is set up very well, almost like a huge cave with multiple floors. The sculpts ...
Some people on Second Life ...

Some people on Second Life may be wandering among countless of people, thinking "Why are every living being in this world bipedal?".
To those who ask themselves that question, here is your chance to break the monotone pattern: Grendel's.
This store has what most likely is the largest selection of animal avatars on the grid.
If you want to be a beautiful parrot, then you buy a package containing several beautiful parrot avatars.
The best thing about this store is the prices for the quality.
Yesterday evening someone told me that my Komodo Dragon avatar that I bought from Grendel, made them forget that it was just a bunch of pixels, for a moment.
An avatar of that quality, which were just one in a package that had a price of 250L$, that contained 12 avatars. 20.83L$ for an extremely realistic Komodo dragon.
Of course you can also buy accessories for your bipedal avatar there (Shoulder pets mostly), at both Grendel quality and Grendel prices.
If you neither want to be a bipedal, nor want to be an animal, you can buy a toilet avatar. Or maybe, a sun avatar.
So to sum everything up, this store sells anything you could ever desire, at a price that everyone can afford.
I got my first avatar at Grendel's Children, and despite having been on Second Life for more than a year and a half, I have yet to find anything that has caught my attention more than this store has.
Another added bonus is that Grendel avatars are much less laggy than they look, are modifiable, and most of them have a HUD with loads of actions as well.
