The town of Socastee has rentals available. The town is also a place for role-play. When you first arrive to the town you are in the middle of the city. I was immediately greeted by one of the owners which made me feel very welcome. There are roads and store locations ...

Town of Socastee is a highly detailed low lag sim with a light mix of everything. I love the street urban section as well as the beach club section. There is lots of rentals available here. Looks like both business and residential rentals are fairly priced. (I saw one residential unit ...

The sim looks great, another little city within Second Life. The city is small but cute, and set up really nice. The people on the sim are friendly.
The city has everything a real city would have like schools, a fire house, and a police station. The little church house is cute. Found some nice little shops in the city as well.
The photo studio is set up nice, to take photos for profiles or put into a photo frame. The stop lights added a nice touch to the city. The apartments are cute and look nice to rent and live in.
The roads have buses and cars parked on them another nice little touch to the city. It looks very nice, it's quiet, small but has everything a real city would. The streets even have names on them, and the street lights also change.
The city has everything you really need for basic family role play themes, a nice place to find some fun role play. I was greeted when I landed and they were very friendly, nice people here.
I liked what I saw and will be back to check out more of the sim and city life. Nice place, very realistic.
