Town of Socastee is a highly detailed low lag sim with a light mix of everything. I love the street urban section as well as the beach club section. There is lots of rentals available here. Looks like both business and residential rentals are fairly priced. (I saw one residential unit that was only 4L$ for a whole month!) There's a couple cool places to just snoop around here. I stumbled upon a store called "Pixel Addicts" that offers quality textured clothing, and is not over priced! Looks like Town of Socastee may still be under construction but its a great start. Can't wait to see who fills this place.
